By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND ACCURACY We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, such as our Dessert Protein, Juice Protein, Fuel Bar and Shakers. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• Quality & Transparency: Our products are produced by a Halal-certified manufacturer and undergo independent lab testing by batch. Documentation is available on our Site. However, as our products involve perishable food items (protein powders and bars), slight variations in taste, texture, or settling may occur between batches.

SECTION 3 - PRICING, PROMOTIONS, AND DISCOUNT CODES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). We frequently run promotions, distribute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) affiliate codes, and offer welcome discounts. The following rules apply to all promotions:

• Non-Stackable Discount codes, including KOL/KOC affiliate codes, welcome codes, and automatic cart discounts, cannot be combined or "stacked" in a single order. Only one discount can be applied per checkout.
  
  
• First-Time Purchaser & New User Codes Certain promotional codes and offers are strictly valid for first-time users, first-time purchasers, or applicable to a customer's first order only. These designated "First-Time Buyer" codes are strictly limited to one use per customer, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts or using alternate email addresses to exploit and abuse first-time buyer codes will result in the immediate cancellation of the order without prior notice.
  
  
• Bundle & Free Item Codes The redemption method for promotions offering a free item or bundle may vary based on the specific campaign mechanics. In many cases, all required items, including the free item, must be manually added to your cart before applying the discount code, which will then reduce the cost of the promotional item to RM 0. However, certain promotions may be set up to automatically add the free item to your cart. Customers must follow the specific instructions provided in the promotional materials for each campaign. We are not responsible for manually adding free items, nor will we provide compensation, for orders where the customer failed to follow the required checkout mechanism prior to completing their purchase.
  
  
• Right to Cancel We reserve the right to deactivate any discount code at any time and to cancel orders that exploit pricing errors or promotional loopholes.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process and ship orders on standard business days.

• Free Shipping Threshold:
  We generally offer free shipping on standard orders where the final checkout value (after all discount codes are applied) totals RM 150.00 or more. If a discount code drops your cart total below RM 150.00, standard shipping rates will apply.

• Promotional and Bundle Exemptions:
  Please note that free shipping eligibility may not apply to certain heavily discounted bundles, special promotional items, or limited-time sales events. The RM 150 free shipping threshold and its applicability are subject to change at our discretion based on the specific Terms and Conditions of individual marketing campaigns. Always refer to the specific campaign details or your checkout screen for final shipping rates.

• Delivery Times:
  Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Wolves Fitness is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party courier services.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict health and safety standards, all sales of protein powders, single-serve sachets, and fuel bars are final. We do not accept returns on consumable goods once they have been shipped.

• Defective Items: If you receive a defective item (e.g., a damaged shaker or an unsealed tub), please contact us at hello@wolves-fitness.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

SECTION 8 - CAMPAIGN OR EVENT

Wolves Fitness Offline Fuel Bar Redemption from Physical Event or Activities

8.1 Eligibility & Mechanics

• This sample redemption is exclusively available to attendees visiting the physical Wolves Fitness promotional booth.

• Each customer is entitled to one (1) redemption only. Repeat submissions or multiple redemptions using the same email address, name, or mobile device will not be accepted.

• To redeem the free sample, customers are required to scan the official QR code, fill in their personal details completely and accurately on the digital form, and present the final "Success" screen to the Wolves Fitness booth staff.

8.2 Product Availability

• The free sample consists of one (1) physical 35g Wolves Fitness Fuel Bar (155kcal, 10.6g protein, Halal-certified) in either Taro or Cendol flavor.

• Samples are available strictly while stocks last.

• Wolves Fitness does not guarantee the availability of specific flavors at the booth and we shall be entitled to substitute the prize with any other tem of similar value at our sole and absolute discretion.

• The physical sample is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

• Any promo code or specific offer received via Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) will have its own specific expiration date clearly stated in the email.

• Unless otherwise specified in the communication, these promotional codes will expire either when the corresponding campaign ends, or one month (30 days) after the date of issue

8.3 Data Privacy & Consent

• By participating in this sample redemption and submitting the digital form, customers agree to receive future updates, cart reminders, and promotional marketing messages from Wolves Fitness via email and SMS.

• Customers have the right to opt out or unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time.

8.4 General Conditions

• Wolves Fitness reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and reject any redemption attempt that does not meet the stated criteria or is suspected of fraud.

• Wolves Fitness reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 9 - Buy 1 Get 2 FUEL BAR FREE

9.1 Promotion Overview
The "Buy 1 Protein tub, Get 2 Fuel Bar Boxes FREE" is a high-value, limited-time offer. By participating, the customer agrees to the specific "3-Step" fulfillment process outlined below.

9.2 Eligibility & The 3-Step Process
To trigger the automatic discount, customers must follow these exact steps in a single transaction:

• STEP 1: Add one (1) Wolves Fitness Protein Tub (any flavor) to the cart.

• STEP 2: Add two (2) Fuel Bar Boxes (any flavor) to the cart.

• STEP 3: The system will automatically apply FREE to the two (2) Fuel Bar Boxes at the cart or checkout.

9.3 Specific Limitations:

• Qualified Products Only
  This offer applies only to full-sized Protein Tubs. Individual sachets, trial packs, or apparel do not qualify as the "Step 1" item.

• No Double Discounting
  This bundle is already at maximum value. It cannot be combined with the "Welcome Wolf Pack" 35% code, referral rewards, or any other manual discount codes.

9.4 Fulfillment & Shipping:

• Pre-Order Items
  If any item in your 3-step bundle is a "Pre-Order" item, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

9.5 Returns & Exchanges:

• Final Sale
  The Bundle is considered a "Final Sale" promotion. No partial returns or flavor exchanges are permitted once the order is processed.

• Bundle Integrity
  If a return is requested for the Protein Tub (Step 1), the two (2) Fuel Bar Boxes must also be returned unopened. If the bars have been consumed, their full retail value will be deducted from any potential refund.

9.6 Right to Terminate: Wolves Fitness reserves the right to end this promotion immediately upon depletion of allocated promotional stock.

SECTION 10 - 

Wolves Fitness Buy 2 Free 1 Merdeka Sale 

By participating in the Wolves Fitness Buy 2 Free 1 Merdeka Sale Campaign (the "Campaign"), customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Campaign Period

• The Campaign is valid for a limited time during the Merdeka promotional period 27-31 August 2026 or while promotional stocks last. 

• Wolves Fitness reserves the right to terminate or extend the campaign window at any time without prior notice.

2. Promotion Mechanics & Eligibility

• To enjoy the "Buy 2 Free 1" offer, customers must explicitly add three (3) eligible items from the same product category or equal value range to their shopping cart in a single transaction.

• The discount will apply automatically at cart and checkout, deducting the full price of the lowest or equal-valued item (making the 3rd item FREE).

• The offer applies strictly to non-promotional (normal-priced) items (e.g., normal-priced Dessert Protein tubs).

• Bundles, value packs, Starter Kits, and items already on sale or markdown are strictly excluded from this promotion.

3. Cart & Checkout Requirements

• The automatic discount requires all three (3) items to be in the cart prior to completing payment.

• Orders placed with only two (2) items will not automatically trigger a free item shipment backend, nor can a free item be added retroactively after checkout is complete.

4. Code Stacking & Combinations

• This promotional campaign cannot be combined or stacked with any other active discount codes, welcome coupons (e.g., JUICEUP), affiliate vouchers, or loyalty point redemptions.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• All products purchased under the Buy 2 Free 1 Campaign are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery.

• In the event of an approved return or refund for a defective item from a Buy 2 Free 1 transaction, the refund value will reflect the net promotional price paid across the bundled items.

• Wolves Fitness Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel these Terms & Conditions, or disqualify any order suspected of fraudulent activity or policy abuse, without prior notification.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Wolves Fitness shall be final and binding.
