OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Wolves Fitness Sdn. Bhd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wolves Fitness. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND ACCURACY We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, such as our Dessert Protein, Juice Protein, Fuel Bar and Shakers. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Quality & Transparency: Our products are produced by a Halal-certified manufacturer and undergo independent lab testing by batch. Documentation is available on our Site. However, as our products involve perishable food items (protein powders and bars), slight variations in taste, texture, or settling may occur between batches.

SECTION 3 - PRICING, PROMOTIONS, AND DISCOUNT CODES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). We frequently run promotions, distribute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) affiliate codes, and offer welcome discounts. The following rules apply to all promotions:

  • Non-Stackable
    Discount codes, including KOL/KOC affiliate codes, welcome codes, and automatic cart discounts, cannot be combined or "stacked" in a single order. Only one discount can be applied per checkout.

  • First-Time Buyer Codes
    Promotional codes designated for "First-Time Buyers" are strictly limited to one use per customer, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts to abuse first-time codes will result in the immediate cancellation of the order without notice.

  • Bundle & Free Item Codes
    The redemption method for promotions offering a free item or bundle may vary based on the specific campaign mechanics. In many cases, all required items, including the free item, must be manually added to your cart before applying the discount code, which will then reduce the cost of the promotional item to RM 0. However, certain promotions may be set up to automatically add the free item to your cart. Customers must follow the specific instructions provided in the promotional materials for each campaign. We are not responsible for manually adding free items, nor will we provide compensation, for orders where the customer failed to follow the required checkout mechanism prior to completing their purchase.

  • Right to Cancel
    We reserve the right to deactivate any discount code at any time and to cancel orders that exploit pricing errors or promotional loopholes.

SECTION 4 - WOLFPACK "SUBSCRIBE & SAVE" PROGRAM
By enrolling in our Subscribe & Save program, you agree to recurring monthly billing.

  • Authorization:
    You authorize Wolves Fitness and our third-party payment processors to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis
    (e.g., every 30 days) for the discounted subscription price of your selected items.

  • Modifications & Cancellations:
    You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • Price Changes:
    If the base retail price of your subscribed product changes, we will notify you via email prior to your next billing cycle.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process and ship orders on standard business days.

  • Free Shipping Threshold:
    We generally offer free shipping on standard orders where the final checkout value (after all discount codes are applied) totals RM 150.00 or more. If a discount code drops your cart total below RM 150.00, standard shipping rates will apply.

  • Promotional and Bundle Exemptions:
    Please note that free shipping eligibility may not apply to certain heavily discounted bundles, special promotional items, or limited-time sales events. The RM 150 free shipping threshold and its applicability are subject to change at our discretion based on the specific Terms and Conditions of individual marketing campaigns. Always refer to the specific campaign details or your checkout screen for final shipping rates.

  • Delivery Times:
    Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Wolves Fitness is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party courier services.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict health and safety standards, all sales of protein powders, single-serve sachets, and fuel bars are final. We do not accept returns on consumable goods once they have been shipped.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item (e.g., a damaged shaker or an unsealed tub), please contact us at hello@wolves-fitness.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
