This post is not a statement from a PR team. It is an open letter from the people who run Wolves Fitness. We are writing it because the pack deserves to hear, in plain language, what went wrong, what we did about it, and what is different now.
The moment we found out
We found out the same way you probably did online. A customer posted the lab result. Within hours, it was everywhere: Our first instinct was to defend ourselves. We are glad we paused. Because when we pulled the product, commissioned our own independent lab test, and compared the numbers the customer was right. We had a gap between the label and the tub.
What we got wrong
We need to be specific about this. The product was formulated correctly. The development batches matched the label. But over time, through different production runs, there was drift. We did not catch it because we were not testing every batch. We were trusting the formula, trusting the factory, and not doing the one thing a premium supplement brand must do to verify.
That is on us. Not the factory. Not the supplier. On Wolves Fitness.
Premium is a promise to test. If you are not testing, you are not premium. You are just marketing.
What we rebuilt (from March 2025)
We took the brand apart. We kept the tagline, the pack, the commitment to flavour. Almost everything else, we rebuilt. Here is what is different in 2026:
1. Batch-by-batch independent testing
Every production batch of every Wolves Fitness product is now tested by an independent, accredited Malaysian food lab before it leaves the warehouse. Not a sample from the first batch of the month. Every batch. Protein content. Sugar content.
2. A public COA, on every tub
Flip any Wolves Fitness tub from April 2026 onward, and you will see a QR code. Scan it. You will land on the exact Certificate of Analysis for the batch in your hands date, batch number, protein per 100grams, sugar per 100grams, and the lab signature.
3. A published mistake log
Every batch that fails our internal spec is logged publicly on our website. We do not hide misses. We hope you never see an entry. If you do, you will know exactly what happened, when, and what we did.
What we are not going to do
We are not going to pretend this did not happen. We are not going to rewrite history. We are not going to quietly delete this post in six months when the conversation has moved on. This page will stay. It will remain on our site as long as Wolves Fitness exists because it is part of who we are now.
The promise, plainly
If what is in the tub ever fails to match what is on the label, we will tell you before you have to find out for yourself. That is the only promise we will make publicly. Everything else, taste, community, flows from that first commitment. Without it, we are not Wolves Fitness.
If you are reading this after leaving us in 2025, we hope this gives you a reason to come back. If you stayed with us, thank you. You held us accountable when we could not hold ourselves.
We are not the same. We had to become different. And that is the start of the story.
