At Wolves Fitness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1) Eligibility for Refund:
a) Damaged products will be replaced upon proof of damages caused during shipping.
b) Damaged goods replacement must be reported to customer service and claimed within 30 days of receiving.
c) Damaged goods refunds made will be made via non monetary forms such as but not limited to, cash voucher and product replacement.
d) Wrong orders will be replaced with the corrected order upon proof of wrong order.
e) Refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.
f) Refunded product must be in undamaged, unopened and unused condition.
g) Refunds will only be issued for products that are undamaged and unused. Damaged products will be replaced with a new product by Wolves Fitness.
2) Process for Refund:
a) Contact our customer service team at +6016-209 6008 to initiate a refund.
b) Provide your order number and issue of order.
c) Our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
e) For refunded item, once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund and send an email notification.
3) Refund Method:
a) Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
b) If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
c) If the original payment was made by other means, our customer service team will provide further instructions.
